The Electronic Green Journal (EGJ) has transitioned to a new submission system, Janeway. Authors can log in by creating an account or using their ORCiD ID. This system enables users to track the status of their submissions and complete any requested revisions.

As part of the submission process, authors must ensure their manuscripts comply with the following submission guidelines. Submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned for revision.

• The submission has not been previously published and is not under consideration by another journal, unless an explanation is provided in the "Comments to the Editor" section.
• The submission file must be in Microsoft Word format.
• When available, URLs for online references should be provided, including links to open-access versions of cited sources.
• The text must be single-spaced, use Arial 10-point font, and employ italics instead of underlining.
• All illustrations, figures, and tables must be placed within the text at appropriate points rather than at the end.
