Abstract
With this piece, I seated my personal reaction to the many cultures in Mexico that are
about to dissapear, losing traditions, languages, and worldviews forever. I admire the
singing and the people who interpret it. But all singers of this genre have probably
perished. It remains the remembrance of their voices and lyrics and the testimony of
their existence in recording archives.
