Manuscripts should be submitted electronically to jelp@lawnet.ucla.edu, in Microsoft Word format. A curriculum vitae and abstract should accompany the manuscript. Due to the volume of submissions, we regret that we are unable to confirm receipt of every submission.

Citations must conform to A Uniform System of Citations (19th ed. 2010). The Journal requires notification if any part of the manuscript has been previously published or submitted elsewhere.

The Journal requests contributing authors to disclose any economic interests and affiliations which may have influenced the positions they take in articles.
