Abstract
This document summarizes the findings obtained in Paraguay on the conditions for the deployment of Monetary Financial Services (MFS). It is developed within the framework of a research that also includes case studies in Guatemala, Peru and El Salvador; and a comparative study between the aforementioned countries, where the SFM were identified in an initial phase of development and with great deployment potential. The information is based on questionnaires that collect the perceptions of relevant actors between September and November 2012.
