BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVES Background • Site Location: Laguna Niguel, CA • Required Flow: 3.0 Objective • Utilize secondary effluent from an existing Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) to provide drinking water (direct potable reuse). • The new facility will be independent of the WRF as it relates to facilities, chemicals, storage, and pumping.
