The Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies (CLACS) at the University of California, Berkeley works to foster and support new ideas and research by bringing together academics, artists and community members from Latin America and the Caribbean, the United States, and the world. As part of that effort, CLACS publishes translations, magazine articles, working papers, and policy papers, which are available both here and on the CLACS website at clacs.berkeley.edu.
