You are an adventurer on a quest to retrieve a powerful artifact, The All Seeing Eye, from a forgotten dungeon located in a lonely corner of a wintry mountain range.

}After a long hike and a thorough search of the area, you finally find the entrance to the dungeon tucked away in a small cave. A stony hallway stands before you which quickly splits into two paths, one on the left, and one on the right.
Which path do you take?
The path on the [[left]], or the path on the [[right]]?You take a right turn and walk down the hall, your only company the sound of your footsteps and your breathing. It isn't long before a putrid scent begins assaulting your senses, as you move closer to the opening of a broken wooden door.
[[//By the gods, what is that smell?//|troll]] You take a left turn and walk down the hall, your footsteps quietly echoing throughout the stone halls. It doesn't take long for you to encounter your first obstacle in your quest.
[[//What's that on the wall?//|trap hall]] As you reach the broken door, just around the corner you spot a troll with it's back turned towards you. The troll sits in the middle of a heap of shattered furniture, garbage, and bones with bits of rotting flesh still stuck to them. It appears that this troll has made this dungeon room it's lair. The troll seems to be occupied with whatever poor creature that it has turned into a meal.
Trolls are large, nasty, and vicious creatures that posess incredible strength and toughness which helps them compensate for their childlike intellect.
On the other side of the room from the troll is another hallway that leads further into the dungeon.

Further inspection of the hallway reveals dried bloodstains strewn across the hall. You get the feeling that this hallway is trapped.

With some time and effort, and roguish skill, you disarm the trap, rendering it harmless. You walk down the hall without incident, and find yourself in another room at the end of hall.
[[//No trap can stop me!//|a room]]Giving yourself some room, you sprint down the hall as fast as you can. A pressure plate clicks beneath your feet and the trap springs to life. A hail of razor sharp darts shoot out of the wall on your left. Luckily for you, your fine armor deflects the darts and you exit the hallway relatively untouched, and step into a new room.

You creep past the troll like a living shadow, and are long gone by the time the troll has finished it's grisly meal.
[[//Don't stop now//|a door]]You charge at the troll at full speed, catching it by surprise. You swiftly slam your weapon into the troll's skull, destroying the troll's brain in an instant. The troll slumps to the floor, dead, and no longer poses a threat to your quest.
[[//Onwards!//|a door]]The troll never knew what hit him. With a swift gesture and muttered word, the troll bursts into a hellish torrent of arcane flames, and is burned to a crisp by the time it has a chance to scream. It slumps to the floor, dead, and stinks up the room even more than before, but otherwise no longer poses a threat.
[[//Time to move on//|a door]]You shield yourself within a magic bubble of force, and proceed down the hall with haste. A pressure plate clicks beneath your feet and the trap springs to life. A hail of razor sharp darts shoot out of the wall to your left and bounces harmlessly off of your magic defenses. You make it through the hallway unscathed and walk into a room at the end of the hallway.
[[//What's next?//|a room]]As you move further into the dungeon past the troll lair, you come across a door blocking your path. The door appears to be locked, and won't open by just turning the handle.

[[//Proceed to the next hallway//|keep going]] After a moment's work with your tools, the door lock is defeated and the door opens for you.
[[//No mere door can stop me!//|shiny treasure]]With mighty swings you smash the door hinges with your weapon. The hinges shatter like cheap glass before your might and the door falls over in front of you, leaving the path clear.
[[//All that training is paying off!//|shiny treasure]] With a whisper of arcane effort, your spell undoes the lock in seconds and the door opens seemingly on its own. The path is now clear.
[[//Magic can do anything!//|shiny treasure]] You died
[[//Try again?//|Intro]]Passing through the freshly opened door, you find yourself face to face with a room chock full of treasure! Piles and piles of gold coins, trinkets, and fine equipment lie in heaps upon the floor. On the other side of the room is another hallway leading further into the dungeon.
Such a fortune could make you comfortable for the rest of your life, if you can carry it.

[[//Grab as much treasure as you can and stuff it into your backpack//|take some treasure]] You approach the troll openly and politely ask the troll to let you pass through it's lair and go further into the dungeon. The troll replies by grabbing you with it's cruel hands and biting your head off.
[[//Oops//|Dead]]Your careful investigation of the room proves useful, as you discover another large pressure plate in the room. It isn't apparent what the pressure plate does, but it probably isn't anything good for you. you take care to avoid the pressure plate as you move on towards the hallway at the other side of the room.
[[//So far so good//|the artifact]] Finding nothing of interest in here, you move to the next hallway. About halfway through the room, you hear a click beneath your feet as you step on another pressure plate. Suddenly, multiple sections of the walls surrounding you open up to reveal animated skeletons equipped with tattered weapons and armor.
[[//That's not good!//|skeletons]] The skeletons all step out of the walls in unison, and advance towards you, weapons raised. You have a mere second before they all reach you and strike.

Before you can turn to the next one, you feel a skeleton's blade scrape across your back and another skeleton's blade skip off of your left arm. You quickly turn to face the other skeletons and engage in the fight of your life. A minute later, all the skeletons lay in pieces on the floor around you, and you can't help but feel extremely grateful that your armor is so strong. You come out of the encounter with nothing more than a few bruises. You catch your breath for a few minutes before continuing on.
[[//That was close!//|the artifact]]With a swift series of gestures and a rushed chant, you unleash a shockwave of invisble force in all directions just as the skeletons strike at you. The shockwave shatters their bones and throws their remains against the walls, putting them to rest for good. You catch your breath for a moment before continuing on.
[[//That was too close for comfort!//|the artifact]]You always have a trick up your sleeve. You grab a magic smoke bomb out of your pocket and throw it upon the ground. The bomb bursts into a large cloud of thick smoke that fills the room, making it impossible to see. This doesn't stop you however, as you deftly dash towards the hallway, leaving the blinded skeletons stumbling around behind you. You are long gone by the time the smoke clears.
[[//Can't catch me!//|the artifact]]You decide to ignore the treasure for now, and move on to the hallway at the the other side of the room. Perhaps you can come back and grab some later?
[[//We shall see//|the artifact]]You grab a fistful of gold and are about to stuff it into your backpack when the gold in your hand suddenly disintegrates into gray dust! Your body suddenly begins to disintegrate just like the gold did, and you realize too late that the treasure in the room holds a devastatingly powerful curse.
[[//Oh no!//|Dead]] Just a moment later you happen upon a spacious room with a pedestal in the middle of the room. On top of the pedestal is a crystall ball with a decorated golden base. Looking upon the crystall ball causes your hair to stand on end all over your body. You realize that this must be the All Seeing Eye! Your quest is nearly complete!
Next to you is another hallway much like the one you just came through, and on the other side of the room is a tunnel that appears to lead outside, judging by the light at the end and the draft flowing from it.
What do you do?

[[//Walk to the Eye and stuff it into your backpack//|grab the artifact]] As you look deeper into the All Seeing Eye a shiver runs down your spine. For a moment nothing seems to happen. Just as you are about to look away, you see something burst into view within the Eye!
You see yourself within the Eye, grabbing ahold of it. Just as you do, the whole scene begins to shake as dust and debris falls from the ceiling and large cracks appear in the floor. You grab the Eye and run towards the tunnel as fast as you can, and the scene suddenly fades.
Another shiver runs down your spine. You get the feeling that was not just for show.
[[//Take the All Seeing Eye//|grab the artifact]] The moment you touch the All Seeing Eye and lift it off of the pedestal, the whole dungeon begins to shake! Dust and debris falls from the ceiling and cracks appear throughout the walls and floor with thunderous sounds! The whole dungeon is falling apart!
[[//Time to go!//|run!]] It's clearly time to run, but to where?
[[//Run back the way you came//|backtrack]]
[[//Run into the tunnel//|victory!]] You sprint as fast as you can down the tunnel as the dungeon crumbles all around you. The tunnel gets brighter as you get closer to the end and the distinct chill and scent of the mountain air becomes stronger. You stumble for a moment, but quickly recover and sprint outside and enter the outside world just as the tunnel collapses along with the rest of the dungeon. The dungeon is now nothing but a memory. The All Seeing Eye however, is not. You stop to catch your breath for a moment and gaze into the Eye once again. This time a hundred different visions of your future flash through your mind all at once, most of them merely involving the myriad paths you could take home. You can hardly believe that you hold such an incredible relic in your hands this very moment. Whatever it is that you do next, you know that the future will be on your side. Your chest fills with a joyous glow and you smile as you pack away the All Seeing Eye and begin your long journey home.
[[//Play again?//|Intro]]You run as fast as you can back the way you came with the All Seeing Eye in hand. Despite your best efforts, the shaking and shattering of the dungeon is complete before you can escape. You are crushed under a mountain of stone along with the Eye.
[[//I was so close!//|Dead]]You charge at the troll and strike it with all your might squarely in it's back. The troll growls in pain for a moment before turning around and biting your head off.
[[//Uh oh.//|Dead]]Unfortunately, you lack the magial talent to cast spells. As you try to think of a solution to this urgent spellcasting problem, you realize the troll has stopped eating and is now right next to you. The troll solves your problem for you in brutal fashion by biting your head off.
[[//Uh oh.//|Dead]]You try your best to sneak past the troll without attracting his attention, but halfway through the room you accidentally step on a small bone and break it with a loud cracking noise. Before you can recover from this mistake, the troll is on his feet and charging towards you with surprising speed. The troll overpowers you and bites your head off.
[[//Uh oh.//|Dead]]You wave your hands in the air and mumble some gibberish, but it doesn't have any effect on the door.
[[//If only I was a wizard...//|a door]]You quickly try to think of a spell to cast, but realize to late that you don't know how to cast any spells. The skeletons descend upon you.
[[//Uh oh.//|Dead]]You think about casting a spell to shield yourself from the trap, but this is nothing more than wishful thinking as you don't know how to cast any spells.
[[//I'f only I was a wizard...//|trap hall]]You do your best to disarm the trap, but you struggle to figure out how the trap works. As you poke around in the trap mechanism, you accidentally set the trap off unleashing a hail of razor sharp darts in your direction. You try to dodge them all, but catch one in the neck and bleed out soon after.
[[//Uh oh.//|Dead]]You'd try to pick the lock on door, but you don't have the tools necessary. You'll have to find another way.
[[//Hmm...//|a door]]You try to sprint through the mob of skeletons surrounding you but are not fast enough to break free of them all. One of them manages to grab you, slowing you down just enough for another skeleton, and another skeleton, and another to grab you too. You are quickly pinned to the floor and stabbed repeatedly.
[[//Uh oh.//|Dead]]you sprint down the hall as fast as you can. A pressure plate clicks beneath your feet as you run and the trap springs to life. A hail of razor sharp darts shoot out of the wall on your left. Despite your best efforts you aren't fast enough to outrun the trap and lack the protection necessary to survive the trap. You are pierced by dozens of darts and expire.
[[//Uh oh.//|Dead]]You strike at the hinges as hard as you can but have no luck at breaking the door hinges. It seems you aren't strong enough to break the door down.
[[//Hmm...//|a door]]You make a desperate attempt to fight off the skeletons, but ultimately fail. The tireless undead are simply too tough for your level of martial prowess, and you quickly succumb to many sword wounds.
